Architect/Owner
Richard studied at the University of Brighton prior to qualification at Manchester University School of Architecture (MUGA), and has 35 years experience as an RIBA Architect in both private and public sector, from Civic Buildings, Regeneration and School design through to Residential Development and domestic new builds and transformations.
Richard has substantial experience in engaging with the constraints and opportunities provided by the distinctive beauty of the Hampshire and Dorset are - including the subtle nuances of planning policy with Conservations areas and the National Park, and their impact on Permitted Development Rights and potential.
Born in Salisbury, Richard moved to Ringwood in 1964 as a child and enjoys engaging with the surrounding lakes and forestland accompanied by the Director of Wellbeing.
