Woodlinken

Located in the country town of Verwood, Woodlinken stood on a prominent cornner to the main approach into the town. As a modest (and somewhat height compromised) 2 bedded chalet bungalow, it was not exploiting this position and its subtantial garden plot. It was also not capable of meeting the needs of a new (ane evver developing) young family.

Proposals sought to expand the existing footprint into the garden, but more impactfully create a full height new first floor level accessed from a new entrance hall and porch.

The consequence being the realisation of a contemporary, energy svaing family home ready for the challenges of the 21st century.
