Kingfisher
Modest in nature, proposals for Kingfisher involved the use of a section of an existing rear garden to accommodate a new two bedroomed property. Whilst government policy drives seek to encourage use of vacant brownfield sites to move towards meeting failing new housing targets; at local level the proposals met with substantial objections. Concerns expressed surrounded alleged over development of the plot, non-characteristic of the area and impact uppon the conditions for the inhabitannts of the host property.

RiB ARCHITECTURE utilising their 3D modelling and rendering expertise (supported by their submission of comprehensive and focussed Appeal documentation) were successful in addressing each of these concerns to provide a successful outcome for their clients and work has now commenced.
