Braeside

Originally a 1970's 'mock Spanish villa' style bungalow, proposals for Braeside involved the addition of a separate element at the end of the drive providing a more contemporary feel to the exterior, whilct maintaining the contrast with the existing.

This element was to house a new vaulted Kitchen/Dining/Family space with warm open and inviting entrance hall element to link the 2 structure (old and new).

The consequential benefit of the above being to relieve pressure on the original plan, allowing current uses to be redesignated to reflect family living in the 21st century.
