Ashley Drive

Originally a split level 1960's property on the outskirts of Ringwood, Ashley Drive enjoyed the most prominent of positions in the locality wrapping around the corner entry to the neighbourhood atop the hill. Previous work in the early 80's introduced a large terrace with heated outdoor pool, along with a part sub-terranean pool room and stepped terracing.

 

The clients sought to both update the existing whilst introducing additional bedroom and family living spaces, arranged over the 3 separate/interlinked levels.

 

The proposals included (1) new entry element extending into the existing rear courtyard, including Kitchen/Dining and Family spaces, approved via curved steps in the landscape (2) Turret Bedroom on new first floor marking the prominent corner (3) 2 storey rear extension to existing end bedroom.
